Regular method of author markup doesn't work with
dynamic blog templates. So you have to add the author ship mark up in the
<head>.
Step1:
Go to Template select edit html find <head> below it add the
author mark up as shown below
<link rel="author" href="https://plus.google.com/+nareshxxxxx/posts"/>
link in blue should be replaced with your google plus link.
